Our last program "The body of your life" has gone by in a flash. Starting next week we will start with: "Make yourself winterproof"
Why so early?
January is terrible and the worst time for New Year's resolutions. Late summer, however, is ideal: you still have the daylight, you still have the energy to make yourself fitter for Christmas and New Year.
How do we achieve this?
Our Good Morning Show will be on for 20 minutes. We'll now include floor exercises. But: It remains a start into the day! The real effort is waiting for you in the evening.
We shorten Active Lunch to 15 minutes so that you have more of your break! You can still keep your office clothes on and just do gymnastics.
Our classic Mobility remains unchanged!
FunctionalFit: Our new course participants* already told us last year that thanks to our training "skiing was still so cool".
That remains our goal: We have the most effective exercises for you, so that you have more fun in life, skiing, cycling, hiking and wherever else.
Fun, fitness and self-confidence are connected.
Every 5th evening unit of Functional FIT is a HIIT unit. If you are already advanced and participate regularly, this is exactly your thing!
