Our current situation in the home office wears on us: perhaps lively children rob us of the necessary focus, you start the day slower and the furniture at home is not as optimally adjusted as that in the actual office. On top of that, we are also affected by uncertainty at the professional, individual and family level.
This is where exercise and training can help. How, we explain to you now.
Numerous studies show that exercise has a positive influence on brain activity on several levels: Exercise improves concentration, makes us cope better with stress and brightens our mood. So much for the study situation. More importantly, however, our participants* confirmed this in our surveys even before Corona. The described effects have an immediate effect and last for several hours, so that you can better focus on your priorities.
Our trainings at FGOnline are chosen so that you get through the day in the best possible way. A gentle activation in the morning, followed by an invigorating lunchtime session will get you going. Our evening session is designed to help you get rid of your excess energy and come down early enough at bedtime.
