Why now is the perfect start to training!
July and August are over. The big heat is no longer coming and the days have become noticeably shorter than in June. All good reasons to start endurance training now. Find out why here!
Get outside as long as possible in late summer and autumn. Through the light and the UV radiation that is still present, you can counteract the autumn fatigue that often sets in.
Especially if you are still tanned from summer, the positive effects of vitamin D last even longer. You can now train better for 4 to 6 weeks. Take this momentum with you.
Temperatures around 15 to 20 degrees are ideal for endurance training. Especially if you want to get started, you won't exhaust yourself as you would in summer, when you might sweat several times as much.
Even if it feels uncomfortably cool when you start training, be careful not to put on too much clothing. It can be cool for the first two to three minutes. However, movement increases your core body temperature and makes you warm. You will get to feel this more and more with every training session.
